At Switchback Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing hardware and protective helmets cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any promotional accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
